All of our theme packages are released under the GNU Public License version 2.0. All .PSD files are packaged separately and are not licesned under the GPL 2.0. Instead, these files inherit the Adult-Wp.com Personal Use License. These files are given to all members on a personal use basis. You may not offer them, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any kind.
3. Ownership and Liability

5. Payments
All payments are handled through PayPal using PayPal subscriptions. This subscription will automatically renew at the end of the year, and you will be automatically billed at the end of your term for the next year if your subscription is still active. You can, however, cancel your subscription at any time from within your PayPal control panel. You can also request a cancellation from within the ElegantThemes account manager. If you do not cancel by the end of the year, you will be automatically billed for the next year.
6. Photos Copyright Info
When viewing the theme demos (sexypress.adult-wp.com and other subdomains linked to from adult-wp.com, for example) you will see several photographic images used. These photos serve as example images and can only be used on your theme if the footer links to adult-wp.com, netkittens.net and related sites remain. If you remove these links, you may not entitled to use the images in the theme. Photos within the theme should not be saved, copied or redistributed in any way.
